شبتون بخیر.من کاربر f.shاز زبان آموزان هستم.
20 اسفند تولد چهار سالگی دخترم بود.کیک تولدشو خودم پختم.وطرز پخت کیک بصورت انگلیسی نوشتم و یک ویدئو گرفتم که براتون ارسال میکنم.با اینکه میدونم اشکالاتم زیاد هستش ولی با این حال به خودم این جرات رو دادم و به خودم گفتم میتونم.

طرز تهیه کیک بالا

Ingredients:

Flour: 3 cups

Sugar: 2 cups

Oil: 1cup

Milk:1 cup(room temperature)?

5 large eggs ?????

Vanilla 1 tsp

Baking powder 1 tablespoon

Cream,chocolate,nuts,bananas,chocolate color for decorating

Preparation:??

Turn the oven temperature of 175 c separate the egg whites and yolks.

So after two minutes?,stir the egg white until frothy.
Add flour and baking powder to sift four times.
After froth whites 2/3 and add vanilla.

Yolks with 1/3 sugar stir five minutes.and then add oil and milk and stir two minutes.

Electric mixer set aside.add the flour and egg whites into yolk material with a spatula.put in the oven for 55 minutes…
All around we cream cake.then we clear
We decorate with ganash (cream and chocolate)colored chocolate
